Boca Alameda

The Boca Alameda property is located in Mexico City’s historic center and will be redeveloped into a boutique hospitality mixed-use building. The building will consist of 92 hotel rooms and 5,000 SF of retail/restaurant space and will be operated by Marriott’s signature luxury boutique soft brand ‘Tribute’. To preserve the history of the 16th-century structure, ICM will restore significant parts of the building to its former glory.

The building has prominent frontage onto Parque Alameda, the first park built in the Americans, and is just a 5-minute walk away from the iconic Palacio de Belles Artes and some of the most visited tourist destinations in Mexico City.
